Shipping & Delivery
It takes us 3 to 7 working days (depending on the customization that you want) to fulfill your order because our straps are crafted by hand. Your items will be sent out once they have been finished, so a little patience deserves the premium customized leather straps on your wrist. The FinWatchStraps products are shipped globally with Airmail or DHL Express for overseas deliveries. We do not ship products to the US APO/ FPO addresses. There are should be the physical address of the product delivery.
Postage options are calculated automatically and are displayed at the checkout. Our delivery options are explained as follows:
Domestic shopping is handled by Posti. The delivery without tracking number is free of charge and it will take 1 to 3 days for the parcel to be delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please contact us in advance. The tracking service will cost 10€.
Airmail international delivery: Shipping to other countries will be handled by Finnish post (Posti) and your local post. This service fee is 7,7€ and it does not provide tracking number. Delivery to EU with the standard delivery option usually takes around 3 to 5 working days and customers in the rest of the world will usually receive their orders within 7 to 15 working days. Please, note that small post delays are possible. Custom procedures might take a while, in case they are applied (Non-EU countires) and might increase the overall delivery time.
The DHL Express option is the recommended shipping option for overseas customers as this is usually a 1 - 3 days service and is fully tracked. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method for your order so please contact us if you wish to use a specific delivery service. For the leather straps above 70€, the Express option will be selected to deliver the item to you within 1 to 3 days worldwide.
Please note that customers outside of the European Union may be liable for import taxes and customs duties. Please be aware of this before placing your order as these taxes are paid by the recipient of the goods. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us by the delivery company.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase and you are covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email email@example.com and return it, unused, for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us outside of the specified delivery time. The regulations state that a retailer can make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Please, note, that item, made to order with your specific size, customizations, and personal specific requirements are not refundable unless made faulty. In case your item is faulty, please, contact us for replacement.
Please note that the buyer pays for returning any goods unless they are faulty and as returns are sent entirely at the buyer's risk, please obtain a proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed following receipt of the returned item, please allow 5 working days for this. Please note that we will refund the basic delivery cost, however, if you opted for enhanced service when you placed the order, the full cost of this may not be refunded.
